I am Ms. Patricia Nicole A. Dizon, a 29-year-old woman. I reside in Valenzuela City. I received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the East Caloocan and graduated last October 2016.
Since January 2017, I have been employed at Makati Development Corporation as a quantity surveyor for over six ----------- is my obligation in my current position as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Makati Development Corporation to oversee the prompt and effective execution of QS work on or before the deadline established by clients. I was given the responsibility of leading the team and imparting my skills to help them along their quantity surveying journey. I participate in every meeting for clarification and for collaboration with other departments. Then, I transmit the information to the team so we can meet all the clients' needs. As quantity surveyors, we are also in charge of the project's execution's safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Prior to awarding the work procurement packages, we produce all the paperwork required for procurement tenders.
