I have worked in data analysis and IT support roles where I handled data migration, validation, reporting, and day to day technical issues, so I am comfortable balancing both the technical side and the people side of operations.
I have supported e commerce research, government statistical projects, and onboarding processes, which taught me how to stay organized, work with different teams, and deliver accurate results even under pressure. I am comfortable using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python, but more importantly, I focus on using them in ways that actually make work simpler and more efficient.
I genuinely enjoy being the person who makes things easier for others, whether that means fixing a problem quickly, organizing data so it finally makes sense, or improving a process so the whole team saves time.
