I build and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, grounded in SharePoint knowledge bases, and connect them to a various business workflows through Power Automate and the Microsoft Graph API. I design multi-agent architectures — building child agents for specialized tasks and integrating them with main/orchestrator agents — and work within the Microsoft ecosystem end-to-end, from agent design and content grounding to authentication, deployment, and troubleshooting.

- Coordinating with microsoft tech support for resolution of reported problems related in copilot
- Coordinating with Power Platform admins to assign the correct roles and permissions, ensuring users can access and use the chatbot without friction
