1. Good Communication
Dealing with clients on a day to day basis to ensure feedbacks should be properly addressed and documented, also keeping them first on the line to give them the best possible information they need. Understanding and keeping a good relationship between the company and the customers may contribute a great impact related to sales and essentially, to ensure the good and harmonious reputation of the company.
2. Basic Financial Skills
Keeping and recording of day to day transaction, cash disbursement/receipts (e.g. cash sales, expenses, remittances etc.), Petty cash management, cost, payroll and so fort.
3. Computer Skills
Basic knowledge and understanding about how computer works (Hardware, software, basic troubleshooting). Sufficient knowledge as to
running Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office programs as a tool to record, summarize, report (creating documents for designated market and
publicity), and transform data as a useful information.
4. Quality Analysis
Ensures the end product is of high quality and follows the standard whether internal or external. Additionally, managing quality issues before market distribution, can reduce its cost to fix, therefore it increases the revenue. Good quality analysis, could improve and sustain the reputation of the brand in a most positive manner.
