I'm an IT Support and Operations Specialist with a proficient experience in customer and IT support (front-end/back-end) using different tools and techniques to provide a quality service to the user/client and meet deadlines or SLAs. During my 7 years in this line of work, I was able to enhance my soft skills such as critical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, decision-making, communication & etc. while building a healthy and positive relationship with the client, users and colleagues.
