Key Responsibility:
Managing inventory: Ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and
timely delivery of pharmaceutical products and ecommerce goods while adhering
to strict regulatory requirements.
Compliance with regulations: Maintaining compliance with
pharmaceutical industry regulations, such as Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
and data privacy laws for ecommerce transactions.
Customer service: Providing excellent customer service and
support to pharmaceutical clients and ecommerce customers, addressing
inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Order fulfillment: Processing orders efficiently, managing
shipping logistics, and coordinating deliveries to ensure on-time and accurate
delivery of products.
Supply chain coordination: Working closely with suppliers,
manufacturers, warehouses, and transportation providers to optimize supply
chain efficiency and minimize disruptions.

Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks related
to product integrity, security, temperature control (for pharmaceuticals), and
fraud prevention (for ecommerce transactions).
Data analysis and reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators
(KPIs), analyzing data on inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and
customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
