In my role as a Payroll Specialist, I'm responsible for processing employees' paychecks through the collection and verification of their Daily Time Records (DTR). Managing the payroll system, issuing deductions, earnings, and various statements to employees, as well as updating payroll records on a daily basis, are also part of my tasks.
Beyond my payroll responsibilities, I also serve as an HR personnel. I find myself communicating policies and procedures to staff and providing valuable input for planning and policy development. As part of my administrative duties, I meticulously prepare, organize, and maintain information both in physical and digital formats. Additionally, I handle queries over the phone and through email, while also skillfully managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating room bookings.
