I have 12 years of experience in the BPO industry and handled different travel accounts (Travel and Hospitality) both on Sales and Customer Service. I started my journey as an agent and worked my way up to be part of the leadership team - Supervisor, Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Manager.
I had a chance to spearhead 2 accounts which eventually grew from 30 agents up to more than 200 employees in a span of 1 year with the help of our collaborative clients. My main responsibilities on a daily basis include performance management, coaching and follow through, data accuracy and strategic planning and execution. I have been doing freelance jobs (Admin, Sales agent and dispatch, Social Media and Account Management) for 2 years now and worked with US and AU clients.
