I am a former Operations Supervisor in a Pest Control Company. I started as a Quality Assurance and Safety Assistant Supervisor in the company and had 27 clients under my supervision. As an operations supervisor, I was tasked to document weekly visit reports, treatments, and audits; submit monthly pest trending analysis reports; conduct and assist audits; and do some other tasks. I am familiar with ISO certifications, HACCP, GMP, and CAPA. I am well-versed in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Google Suite. The skills I acquire in my years of working are data analysis, troubleshooting, proofreading, time management, customer service, auditing, facilitating orientations/seminars, evaluations, and surveys.
My educational background is I am an undergraduate of BS Chemical Engineering at the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
