• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for Australia’s residential and/or commercial construction projects• Experienced leading the construction of both public and private infrastructures, overseeing projects from initial planning stages to final turnover. This includes managing the development of a school project valued at Php 50 million, a residential project valued at Php 25 million, as well as various parks, roads, drainage systems, and asphalt projects.• Responsible for estimating architectural and structural works, as well as complete Detailed Engineering Design for Quezon City infrastructures. Specifically involved in a significant project, such as the sports complex, valued at over Php 300 million.
