I worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and I mastered my craft in handling customer concerns even the most difficult ones.
I am honest and can work with minimal to no supervision, but can produce an excellent result/s to the task/s I was given.
During my spare time, I love browsing through different social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I usually get updates about what is happening around the globe through social media. I also love shopping and searching for top brands on social media. I may say that I am qualified for this job.

Leadership - I lead a team with 10 members, lead them to their highest potential, in order to achieve company's common goal.
I make sure that regular catch ups and feedback sessions are being done for work quality improvement, and make sure my tea-----------mbers are in touch with the latest updates in the company.
Flexibility - I am able to adapt in any form of work situation and cope up with the stress by making sure tasks at hand are prioritized accordingly.
Hard Working - I make sure deadlines are met on any projects given to me. I also make sure to consult with my direct manager for feedback and recommendations regarding the project I am working on, in order to align with the company's goals.
Proactive - During my time as supervisor working with Young Living Philippines, I proposed a project that would be beneficial for the company especially when it comes to cost-saving projects.
The project is called QR System. This is widely used around the globe. The purpose of this project is to manage queuing system in a retail store. Customers will use this QR system to process an order, pick up an order in store, after processing it online.
The project helps a lit in saving the company from printing single used forms for customers to fill out their information whether they will purchase or pick up an order in store.
The project got approved by the company's general manager and still being used up to date.
Creative - Thinking outside the box is one of my specialty, I make sure that I incorporate process that is approved by my manager when it comes to projects I am handling.
