I am Kyla Mae F. Calanog a Bachelor's Degree holder of BA Political Science from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I had my 200-hour internship training at the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW). During my internship training I was tasked to provide technical and logistical support for the Department where I was stationed. I was tasked with the following duties and responsibilities: (1) Assist in meeting or events; (2) Research stakeholder information and create or update contact list; (3) Draft communications such as letters to internal and external addresses or stakeholders; (4) Disseminate letters and tools to internal and external addresses or stakeholders and do a follow-up on responses or inputs; (5) Study indicators and data supplemental to the tasked assigned; (6) draft inputs to reports or documents; (7) Conduct administrative tasks such as updating databases and inter-agency coordination; (8) attend other meetings or events; and (9) Undertake other tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
I am a proficient and fast worker. As an intern, my supervisor praised me for being reliable, responsible, and proficient. I have not encountered any conflicts with my workload or with my supervisor. I am teachable and always willing to learn. I am a good listener and adapts fast and well. I am proud to say that I am a worker that respects my co-workers and supervisors, as well as the rules and regulations the company has.
I have great skill in the following fields: communication, time management, bookkeeping, email management, organization, writing and typing in English, Basic IT knowledge, social media management, and in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
