Hence i am graduated as an electronics technology,my skills is more on hardware troubleshooting and repair,and also i am knowledgeable in terms of software application. I am a fast learner,I can work under pressure and willing to undergoes training if necessary. I am working in restaurant industry for almost 10 years in various department therefore handling a customer complain and request is one of my job and i want to improve.
