During my time as a newly licensed architect, I have handled various roles ranging from store and site development planning, to designing architectural and MEPS drawings for local high-end residential projects, up to project handling of regional gas stations in Luzon region area in the Philippines. I conducted extensive research and planning on construction sites, and even helped develop several sustainable solutions for the green drive of my projects. Aside from planning, I am also given the role of monitoring projects on site – costing, safety, scheduling, and quality of the equipment. This allowed me to have an overview of any project risk and to construct a strategy to counter them.
Besides my knowledge in the CAD software, I’m also proficient in Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, and other design and rendering software. My experience in working with a variety of clients allowed me to be flexible in handling different expectations which enhanced my communication and cooperative skills towards my colleagues. My technical expertise enables me to facilitate the execution of a variety of large-scale projects successfully while maximizing spaces.
