As part of my responsibilities, I review policy documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. I carefully evaluate vehicle photos if they have comprehensive and collision coverage and to determine what vehicle usage for especially if the vehicle is possible artisan use. When necessary, I update policyholder information to correct any discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
I also handles renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and issuing requests, ensuring each process is completed efficiently and in line with company standards. In addition, I review internal claims records to properly document accidents and apply them accurately to the system.
