Most of my work experiences are in the field of Human Resources. I also have 3 months experience in Sales and Reservation with the same hotel where I worked as an HR Officer at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar. I can say that during this short period of time, with my enthusiasm and enjoyment in the Sales Department, I was able to closed many client deals with just upcoming inquiries and made the hotel always fully booked during that time. I humbly believe that with the combination of knowledge I gain from human resources job and though minimal sales background, I can still be an asset to your company. SENATE JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions.
2. Ensures a healthy work place by adhering to company policies and procedures.
3. Maintains and updates employee records such as employees' 201 file, leave credit balances, personal data records in a data base,semi- annual performance appraisal review etc.
4. Oversees all aspects of
existing compensation and benefit packages, actively attending to Senado Union meetings to
help and further improve the formulation of additional benefits to all employees of the Senate and coordinates well to the Senate HRMS.
5. Coordinates with HRMS
regarding training and seminars
of the staff.
6. Prepares monthly DTR's of staff, monitors and ensures that all leaves are being filed during absences.
7. Prepares all appointment documents for newly hired and promoted staff. Ensures that all documentary requirements are complete upon submission to HRMS for payroll processing.
8. Ensures that all scheduled submissions of mandatory documents are being submitted in HRMS such as yearly Statements of Assets and Liabilities, Semi-annual performance appraisal forms, unused mandatory leaves to be carried over for the following year.
9. Files and keeps track of staff payroll sheets and have them signed by the office' authorized signatory.
10. Files all payslips, memos and advisories for employees.
11. Prepares all travel documents of staff and have them signed.Tracks and
monitors their per diems as well.
------------charge on attending all the meetings and seminars regarding policies and procedures for employees, staff benefits, staff activities. An active Senate Proper officer as well.
13. As senate proper officer ,in-charge on preparation of forms, drafting and printing of advisories, route and encourages all senate proper employees to participate and join especially on Mini Olympics events.
14. Prepares certificate of appearance, On-the-Job Training certificate of completion, visitors' letter etc.
------------charge of preparations on office events such as lunch meetings, staff birthdays, Christmas parties, team building etc. -from budget allocation to sourcing of locations, foods etc.
16. Prepares, reports and coordinates at Senate Medical Bureau the staff medical status such as HMO, vaccines, existing medical conditions and ensures medical certificate are being obtained upon return to work especially the quarantine leave.
17. Prepares all the documentary requirements for resigned or retired employees for processing of the terminal pay and other benefits.
18. Performs any functions assigned by the immediate superior from time to time such as political duties (during campaign period), administrative, planning, clerical etc.
-----------vember 13, 2013-June 30, 2019- Works as Public Assistance Officer, handling various requests from indigent Filipinos from different municipalities, processing of medical assistance request, medals request from schools, local municipalities
requests etc.
HOTEL JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions.
2. Attends the department heads meetings. Directly reports to the General Manager of the hotel.
3. Prepares and recommends policies and procedures for the hotel employees.
4. Oversees the manpower agencies and security agency of the hotel. Reviews and drafts contracts if necessary.
5. Prepares the weekly minutes of the department heads meeting.
6. Conducts interviews, sourcing of candidates via job fairs, referrals and social media posting.
7. Handles interns of the hotel and prepares policies for them.
8. In-charge of the preparation of the staffs' hotel uniforms from designs, budget allocation, -----------cluding sourcing of good suppliers and liaise in the respective stores to buy the fabrics.
9. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the employees cafeteria and issuance of meal ticket.
10. Supervised the Hotel Nurse/ HR Assistant, manpower agency coordinator, chief security.
11. Handle i----------- reports in the hotel, from preliminary investigation, written memos up to final decision.
12. Supervised the hotel entertainers (dancers and singers). Ensures that they are being paid accordingly and in-charge on the budget preparation of their costumes, props etc.

14. Monitors timekeeping of manpower agencies to avoid discrepancies on preparation of their payroll.
15. Updates and maintains 201 file records of regular staff, employees data base records such as personal data file, leave credit balances etc.
16. Prepares the monthly remittances to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig of the regular staff and directly liaise to the respective remittance offices.
17. Liaise to Manila Office (New San Jose Builders), for the payroll checks signature.
18. Route daily in the resort to ensure that all staff are wearing their uniforms properly and not neglecting their post.
19. Prepares the training needs analysis for the hotel staff in coordination with all the department heads and plan the execution of the necessary training's from inviting resource speakers, preparation of certificates and schedules.
20. Prepares, plans and proposed employees events that promotes camaraderie and team work.
21. Attends seminars and meetings outside the hotel and actively participates on local community council. (Bataan Tripartite Council) to promote tourism in Bataan.
22. Performs various functions assigned by the General Manager and owner from time to time.
