My determination is the quality I am most proud of. Even when the challenge is difficult and I face it head-on and do what I need do in order to achieve my goals. I always appreciated stepping up and showcasing my abilities whenever I was given a new challenge at my prior employment, whether it was managing my first team project or meeting a tight deadline.
