CSR- Assisting customer about their inquiries and issues with the product or services via calls, chat and email. This may include assistance regarding billing after sales or upselling depending on customer's need.
Technical Support- I've handled technical support
* Quickbooks (Installing, transferring files, reconcile abd payroll assistance)
* Philips- Performing troubleshooting for Philips domestic appliances and providing appropriate resolution.
* Thumbtack- Assisting business owners and employers to create and maintain an account that will help their business be advertised and grow.
Financial (Citibank/Credit One Bank) - Collects debt and offer applicable programs that may help customer to manage their finances.
Travel specialist (Expedia) - Assist customer about their travel reservations ( flight, hotel,car and packages). Suggests hotel or travel packages depending on their needs. Coordinate with hotel receptionist to make sure that the expected amenities and services will be met.
