I have been with the BPO industry for over 3 years which includes over 2 years of being SME (Subject Matter Expert) with telco & pharmaceutical company.
I've been handling emails, meetings with the client, reports, programs, financial auditing, process auditing, contracts,
cold calling, setting up appointments, processing refund, coaching for the tea-----------mber, training, payments, billing review, order tracking / taking, program planning, management fees, logistics needs, financial and contract disputes, assisting multiple clients & etc.
Most of the task that I've done focused on administrative task, auditing (Financial & Process), planning, meeting with the client & supervising a team.
