A passionate and goal driven 25 years old with a 5 years of experience in Business Process Outsource as a Costumer Service Representative handling different accounts such as Healthcare, Transportation & Delivery and Financial. As a versatile person, I bring a robust set of capabilities in the table such as having good communication skills, leadership skills and creativity which I have honed to become a competitive and a performing Costumer Service Representative.
I studied in one of the top performing universities in Iloilo, the West Visayas State University . A former Class Chairperson and a part of PESCAR Student Council throughout my college years. Joined various performances and competitions in the field of arts with awards and recognitions.
Furthermore, I also joined Leadership Summits, Seminars and Trainings in a national, local and community level where I implemented different programs where my community can benefit especially the youths.
