In my current position as Card Operations – Quality and Control Vendor Officer at Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company, a big chunk of my responsibility is to ensure that all our vendors, suppliers and partners are compliant with the regulatory requirements as well as the agreed service level agreements. I also facilitate sourcing, canvassing and negotiations with vendors and suppliers ensuring that all requisitions and purchases adhere to the policies and standards of the bank.
