1. Teacher- I handled high school students who taught Economics and World History for 3 and half years. I left the Academe to explore my skills and landed a job in a different industry.
2. Sales Training Supervisor (Mondragon International Direct Selling - I handled various training programs for the sellers. I was promoted to the National Sales Training Manager after a year. At this point, I was tasked to create training programs on How to Sell, Recruit and Demonstrate, Personality Development Courses, Presentation Training Courses, and Customer service Programs.
3. National Sales Training Manager (Sara Lee Philippines Direct Selling) - I defined, designed, developed, and delivered Sales Training Programs for the sellers/dealers and also handled enhancement training programs for the employee's front liners at the branches. I also did HR functions related to my department's recruitment, hiring, promotions & terminations of employees.
4. Customer Service Department Head (DMCI Group of Companies) - I was hired initially as a training manager to handle Property brokers and property agents. However, after a year, they promoted me to the Customer Service Department to fill in the vacant position. I handled customer complaints and turnover of residential and office units. The company is a construction and real estate developer. With regard to the turnover, I make the schedule and call the unit owners for a meeting.
5. Business Process Outsourcing (call center) For the past 14 years, I worked as a call center representative and handled different accounts namely;
PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE OF AMERICA, handled customer care and later was promoted to claims, outbound calls for beneficiaries' claims from the deceased, and set up meetings for them to process requirements.
ALL STATE INSURANCE, non-life, also handled customer care and claims.
WELLS FARGO- handled customer care for saving accounts.
GREEN DOT DEBIT CARD - handled card activation and later was promoted to Tier 2 and handled customer inquiries and complaints.
AETNA MEDICAL INSURANCE - I was assigned to handle Provider services like doctors, medical secretaries, and hospital claims.
GASBEE TRADING - i was tasked to handle the HR department. and at the same time worked as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager. I take care of his schedules, meetings and creates memos for him and also review memos from the other departments before release to the employees.
