As a Management Trainee in a Singaporean Advertising Company, it is my job to direct team of technical writers, consisting Engineers, towards company goal: to deliver quality, optimized and google friendly technical write-ups for the client’s products and service offerings. Propose project plans for the betterment of the company’s website to better serve its client and supervise over-all development of the project.
• Create Project Plans for the development of the recent team's tasks and responsibilities
• Supervise writers, create training materials about article writing and other professional traits related to proper task management
• Train staff to work towards the team's goal
• Propose new development plan to the existing flow of the assigned task
• Prepare exam material for the applicant for Technical Information Oficer
• Social Media Marketing Planning and Execution
• Communicate with the clients regarding Company offers for their advertising campaigns on the internet
• Coordinate with other department regarding the project on going
• Processing of new and updated submission for the Online Free Business Listing
