• Evaluate data and documents from agent’s tasks and performance.
•Participate and contribute to company projects and developmental
meetings.
•Monitor agent quality performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
•Conduct task audits and provide written and verbal
feedback to agents.
•Ensure consistent application of the quality process/system.
•Attend and/Facilitate Client Calibration or monitoring sessions.
•Facilitate quality Training and/or initiatives.
•Creating weekly performance report of the whole market.
