I am Gervin Magsaysay, a Licensed Civil Engineer and Master Plumber, as well as a Certified Safety Officer II and Technical Member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors (PICQS). I am proficient in Bluebeam REVU, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, STAAD RCDC, STAAD RAM Connection, ASDIP Foundation, MIDAS Gen, MIDAS Civil, SketchUp, Lumion, and Microsoft Office, and familiar with DPWH DGCS Volumes 2–6 and NSCP 2015. With five years of professional experience, I have been extensively involved in managing government large-scale projects, including bid preparation and technical coordination. In my current role under the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP), I am responsible for checking, verifying, and preparing engineering drawings, primarily related to utilities, while also assisting other teams.
