As an I.T. Specialist, my duties and obligations are making sure that all the computers are fully functional and that the users also know how to operate their issued units/computers. Maintaining admin rights also is one of my tasks, as well as looking at the network -----------tting up also authorizing software and hardware are some of my skills.
I also have experience with it comes to customer service as I work as a freelancer in a tow company handling South and North American areas.
A background in design is my skill also.
