1. Proficient in utilizing industry-standard CAD software such as Architrend Zero, AutoDesk AutoCAD or similar tools to produce accurate and high-quality 2D and 3D drawings and models of houses, buildings and electrical layouts including but not limited to HVAC Systems.
2. Proficient in using estimation softwares to gather measurements of drywalls and roofings to be used for 2D modeling.
3. Experienced in creating balancing reports of HVAC and Water systems for buildings that will be presented to clients.
4. Creating traffic management plans using Rapid Plan Online in ----------- to be used for submission for approval from Canadian city councils.
