My initial task when I was Project Manager was to welcome new clients by sending them welcome email – with a welcome call invitation. I facilitate virtual meetings and present to the client the overview of our products and the implementation process. We also talk about the roadblocks, all the documents that they need to submit, establish our timelines and goals. On a daily basis, I do check on every project’s progress and communicate updates with all our clients. I also do order management and do quality audits on the initial programmed system to ensure accuracy. At least twice a month, we do revenue forecast for the company’s growth which includes process improvement by addressing existing opportunities.
I was also an Account Manager Lead in an e-commerce type of business handing teams of different departments. I handle 70 clients, onboarding them and assist with their trucking automation, while doing team management.
I got my Marketing background from N.rich as a Sales Development Representative responsible for cold emailing and reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn. Then I got promoted as an Account Executive who is responsible for closing deals after I present my Demo showcasing the advertising platform.
