I have worked in the hospitality industry for 13 years with my last Position as an Assistant Front Office Manager. I was in charge of the administrative tasks in the department such as tracking and monitoring of customer service metrics, responding to customer service feedbacks, creation and updating of standard operating procedures, memo creation and dissemination, KPI review and performance appraisal, smart rostering, operations strategic planning, etc,. I am also a social media specialist for some restaurants in the Philippines creating collaterals and social media content. I have also done freelance graphic designing, logo making and brands creation for some SMEs.
