I do have an experience in assisting customer with their needs. I do assist customer in taking their online order, like placing an order for them and tracking their orders.
I do experience as well, filing claims for the customer like if they have disputes or if their is a fraudulent happened on their accounts. I also help customers in proceeding or processing a basic troubleshooting if they encountered a problem.
I also have the passion to help elder customer in their needs, I encountered elder customer who doesn't have any companion that needs assistance for like a basic troubleshooting, or doesn't know some process for their concerns.
