Over the past 22 months, I've had the opportunity to grow alongside a US-based business, starting as a Sales Virtual Assistant and eventually stepping into a Business Manager role as new responsibilities and challenges emerged.
Much of my work has involved helping create clarity when there are a lot of competing priorities. I'm often the person keeping track of what needs attention, what needs a follow-up, and what needs to happen next so that progress doesn't depend on memory alone. The work I enjoy most is the work that helps people breathe a little easier because they know someone dependable is keeping an eye on the details.
One of the things I'm most proud of is the level of trust I've been given over time. What began as support in one area of the business gradually expanded into broader responsibilities because I consistently took ownership, stayed organized, and followed through.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, graduated Magna Cum Laude, and am a Registered Psychometrician (RPm). Today, I bring that same mindset to every role: stay curious, communicate clearly, keep things moving, and make life easier for the people I support.
