I worked in the call center industry for around 7 years and have a great amount of experience handling customers through phone, chat, email, or even through remote desktop while I help resolve their device issues. I can adapt to new tools and can work on them even under pressure. Some of the tools I have used before are SnapEngage, Zendesk, LogMeIn, Magento, Yotpo, Wordpress, Google apps, etc.
