? Provide Detailed Plans and Shop Drawing to Operation group for Implementation
? Reviewing all the Plans from Structural to Architectural and MEPF and Provide a Clash free CSD and Shop drawing
? Monitor all the Drawing Submittal
? Provide advice, Guidance, mentoring and direction to subordinates and other junior personnel toward the achievement of their personal development goals.
? In collaboration with other project leaders, authorize/ approve project personnel transactions.
? Provides technical directions and procedures to junior personnel for accomplishing project.
? Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity
