I have been working in the BPO Industry for almost 3 years now. When i started working i handled my financial account. We are in a bank and we are in a fraud service where we handle unauthorized transactions. Files dispute and discuss to the client what are the results of the investigation that was created. I also have an experience processing payments for their bill. I stayed there around one and a half years. After that i moved to another company which is Optum a health care company which I specifically handle for technical support. I assist callers who can't log in to their account, if they do need to reset the password, unlock the account, update information like address, email and contact information.
