I have worked with three clients in the past. With my first client, my key responsibilities are data entry, order tracking, and processing of returned packages. With that project, I have improved each project completion timeline by contributing claim entry and data verification. I have managed to check the accuracy and integrity of the databases thoroughly and performed client requests based on project specifications.
The second client project that I had was a data entry task that focused on transferring business card information to a spreadsheet.
With my third client, my tasks are mainly lead generation, social media prospecting, email marketing, I have also utilized my Canva skills for creating posters and street signages, and as well as managing the company's social media account.
Aside from my work experiences, I am experienced with quality control checking and email management. I also have a strong background in photo and video editing.
