I worked as a technical support representative from 2012 to 2017. I handled Internet Service Provider (US based) on my first business outsourcing company from 2012 to early 2016, then I transferred to another company who I handled android users from 2016 to mid year 2017. Then from mid year 2017 I worked in an IT Company as 1st line helpdesk support. We handled POS (Point Of Sale) and server support. Then I left the company, mid year of 2022 and transferred to another IT Company which currently my job is a 2nd Line Support Analyst and mainly I handle software deployment to all Disney cast members computer via software center.
