In my prior position at Concentrix, I managed an area of U.S. health insurance account and assisted members 65 and older with queries regarding the scope of their policies, including dental, vision, and hearing benefits as well as inpatient and outpatient services. I contributed to ensuring their safety and well-being by offering precise and sympathetic support. I also addressed claims-related concerns, like billing errors and unpaid hospital bills, proving my dedication to providing top-notch assistance.
For nearly three years, I received maintained recognition for routinely achieving strong customer satisfaction results. Because of my dedication and performance, I earned to be promoted as a Trainer, where I cultivated my leadership skills and gained the ability to mentor and guide others effectively.

At this time, I am not pursuing my studies, as I have shifted my focus to addressing daily responsibilities and meeting essential needs.
