My name is ----------- ----------- T. ----------- and I'm Psychology graduate from the University of Mindanao. In my current role as Agrarian Reform Program Technologist (ARPT), I'm also designated as the OIC – Administrative Officer V, I manage the processing of payroll and disbursement vouchers for both permanent and job order employees. I compile and submit monthly Daily Time Records (DTR) to the Commission on Audit (COA) and ensure all appointment requirements for submission to the CSC Field Office XI are accurately checked and documented.
I am responsible for documenting and uploading evidence requirements for the PRIME-HRM, as well as calculating and processing employee leave applications, which I also compile and submit monthly to COA. Additionally, I prepare purchase requests and design plaques of appreciation for the retirees.
My duties also include managing the flow of various documents by receiving, recording, and releasing them, while keeping the demographic profile of the regional office up to date. I oversee the numbering and recording of travel orders for the office and ensure timely updates to DIBAR, Accession, and Separation records submitted to CSC RO XI.
As the liaison officer for GSIS and PRC, I facilitate necessary employee processes and, compile the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) ratings, summarizing them for submission to the DAR Central Office. I also consolidate the annual submission of Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) for employees to submit to the Office of the Ombudsman.
In my role as the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) Secretariat, I encode and process comparative assessment forms, prepare summaries of deliberation results, transcribe the minutes of deliberation and compose invitations for applicant interviews. I also create endorsements, special orders, memoranda, and other essential documents while maintaining and updating 201 files. Finally, I manage the collection and release of biometric data for employees.
