I been working in BPO for almost 8years now, as an Inbound Customer Service Representative, for US telco and retail, assisting customer with their service (activations) and after sales support and assist customer with billing concern and upgrade their service, I also assist customer in troubleshooting and guide them in filling warranty or insurance claim.
