Hi, I’m ----------- ----------- -----------—a highly motivated and self-taught aspiring Virtual Assistant with a unique blend of experience in business ownership, customer service, front office operations, and solo task management. I bring a hands-on, real-world understanding of what it takes to support businesses from the inside out—because I’ve done it myself.
In 2022, I launched my own online coffee shop, where I handled every aspect of the business: crafting drinks, designing menus with Canva, creating promotions, managing our Facebook page, responding to customer messages, processing orders, and even doing basic bookkeeping and inventory. I didn't just serve coffee—I served a brand, a customer experience, and a system. Through this, I developed practical skills in social media content, marketing strategy, customer engagement, and online service delivery.
After closing my shop in April 2025, I made a clear decision to pivot into the remote support world. I dedicated myself to learning the tools and systems used by modern businesses. I now have working knowledge of WordPress, ClickFunnels, Canva, ActiveCampaign, and schema markup basics. I also continue to strengthen my skills in admin tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, data entry, and online research.
My earlier experience as a Customer Experience Specialist at Starbucks Reserve (Riyadh) and as a Front Office Associate/Night Auditor at Harvest Hotel also shaped my attention to detail, adaptability, and professionalism. I’ve worked under pressure, managed customer concerns, coordinated schedules, and maintained reports—skills that translate directly into virtual assistant work.
What sets me apart? I’m not just trying to get a VA job—I’m building a career around service, ownership, and resourcefulness. I’ve worn many hats: barista, front desk associate, social media manager, solo entrepreneur—and now, a virtual assistant in training.
-Canva & basic graphic content
-WordPress site updates
-Email & calendar support
-Admin tasks and file organization
-Social media replies & page management
-Online research & content formatting
-Strong customer service foundation
-Remote-readiness, fast learner, and full commitment
I'm now actively seeking entry-level VA opportunities or freelance roles where I can support business owners, coaches, agencies, or e-commerce brands in building smooth, scalable systems. I may be new to the virtual assistant title—but I’m not new to responsibility, problem-solving, or putting clients first.
Let’s connect. I’m ready to contribute and grow.
