I have been working in the BPO industry for 13 years and most of it are in the financial industry. With all these years, I learned a lot and gained experience such as Communication skills, Customer service skills , Mentoring and coaching skills, Document reviewing or underwriting skills and verification of docs skills. I also work as part time real estate agent so I also have basic knowledge of real estate world.
