I have worked in different work fields mostly Customer Service. I started as a Message Handling Specialist that developed my typing and listening skills. As a Real Estate agent where I learned to deal with different types of people. I also worked overseas as a receptionist where I learned about people from different parts of the world. I was also an ESL instructor, teaching English to Korean students. Lastly, as Customer Service Specialist in BPO companies, handled different accounts such as: travel, insurance and administration. Working in different jobs enhanced my typing skills, listening and understanding customers needs, work under pressure, learned how to multi task (talking while doing data entries) and mostly importantly, to work accurately and the work attitude of making sure that all the tasks given were done efficiently. Given all that, I believe that there are still a lot to learn. Although I am new in online jobs, I know that with years of experience will help to deliver any task that will be assigned to me.
