I have been in the retail industry for 16 years which mastered my
communication skills both written and oral. Being in the industry which requires me to deal with customers had improved my customer relations skills as well as people and social skills. I encountered multiple situations that also enhanced my critical thinking and analytical skills. Management of store operations developed my interest in numerical and business side.
