Additionally, I have worked as a CSR for a freight company in the US.
In 2017, I ventured into the realm of Virtual Administration, starting with a property management company in Washington, US. My most recent job ( started 2019 to 2023) was being an Admin Assistant to a property manager in California, where I was transitioned into the role of a transaction coordinator while continuing to support property management tasks.
I thrive in adapting to new software and programs, embodying a self-learning attitude. During my recent job, I dived into accounting, transaction coordination for real estate sales, crafting marketing email drip campaigns, and designing Real Estate brochures and posters, and it has been rewarding learning experiences for me. I have also started learning the use Canva to enhance my creative abilities.
