As an Implementation Analyst, I have practiced the values of reliability, accuracy and accountability. I have also mastered the timeliness in updating any work assigned to me as well as honing my communication and inter-personal skills. I work closely with US consultants, making sure I understand client needs and ensuring that needed deliverables are met. I am familiar with gathering assets (i.e. intake forms and photos) from different sources and consolidating them into one folder.
I have experienced training clients and consultants on different processes and this has helped me become comfortable in speaking to and engaging with other people. This also allowed me to be quicker in grasping various concepts.
As a former team lead, I have become more open-minded, passionate, driven and motivated as I was exposed to handling distinct individuals.
My qualifications include excellent English communication skills, good attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to prioritize work. I intend to bring the best out of other people. I have been awarded for my work ethic and performance. I use Microsoft tools on a daily basis, and I am well-aware on how to use Google Drive, OneDrive, Sharepoint and the likes.
