I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 8 years now. I gained experience more in Customer Service. I am a fast learner and can follow any tasks or instructions easily. My work ethic is my advantage, combined with my diligence and efficiency towards work. I've been working from home since the start of the pandemic so I am already aware of the do's and don'ts, and I required minimal supervision.
