Back in 2024, I was hired as a Billing Specialist for seven months and was later promoted to Outsourced Bookkeeper, where we provided bookkeeping services like cash counts for sales and petty cash for expenses, recording sales, expenses, monitor the in/out transactions of the company, bank reconciliation and credit cards. For recording transactions we used Xero as an accounting tool.
My latest position was as an HR Associate, where I was able to utilize my studies in Human Resource Development Management. I also provide outsourced HR services such as payroll processing, service in charge, cash tips, incentives, and handling Philippine government-mandated benefits.For the employees attendance we used storehub where I can generate the attendance sheet as my basis for number of hours work per day.
