I’m ----------- C. -----------, 23 years old, and a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino, CUM LAUDE (With Honors) at Notre Dame of Marbel University. As a highly dedicated and motivated education graduate, I am writing to express my interest in the position of English Subject Teacher in your esteemed institution.
In my four years of studying, I could affirm that I was truly prepared to be an excellent educator. I am now a Senior High School and College instructor and I have participated in numerous activities, including tutoring and mentoring students. I am eager to apply the knowledge and skills I have gained from my academic studies to the classroom setting. Furthermore, I have actively pursued opportunities to enhance my English language skills by pursuing my study on English as a Second Language Teaching. This has allowed me to develop strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different linguistic contexts.
Moreover, I have gained practical experience in online teaching English as a second language. I have been involved in tutoring programs (51 Talk), where I have worked with students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels both children and adults. Through these experiences, I have developed effective strategies for fostering language acquisition and facilitating meaningful communication in English.
