Being a Data Analyst for Time Attendance and Schedule I am responsible for creating the shifts for a large number of individuals in the site's LOB. I ensure that all shift and segments like leaves and such are created before the payroll cutoff period, the tasks that i perform are reported to the payroll team so it highly important that I perform the task with a 100?curacy. Aside from creating the shift I also create reports on a regular frequency and send it to all involved leaders and even discuss it on a high profile meeting with different leaders.
