* Upholding the company's vision, mission, goals, and objectives.
* Handling customer service of our 3projects in Zamboanga City, specifically Villa San Ignacio(VSI), Futura Homes Zamboanga (FHZ), and Futura Vinta Zamboanga (FVZ).
* Assisting clients who purchase Filinvest Land Projects.
*Coordination with Sales Heads on the account for booking.
* Extending help to other Filinvest projects nationwide when it comes to doing follow-ups with our clients and handling buyers' concerns.
* Accountable for the filing of buyers' contract documents and ensuring the confidentiality of our client's information.
* Handling OR issuance if the cashier is on leave or unavailable. (Operation staff is the only authorized staff to issue OR to our clients whenever the cashier is not available).
* Providing needed documents of our valued client and ensuring that everything is under control.
* Coordination with Pag Ibig (HDMF) and different bank institutions concerning our buyers' loan applications.
* Accountable for monitoring the accounts under Zamboanga projects. (from the time the account is booked, bank take-out, processing of title transfer under the buyers' name, and up until collateral delivery or releasing of title under buyer’s name to buyer.
* Handling releasing of title under buyer’s name to client and collateral delivery to HDMF or banks.
* Assisting our project Development Specialist in doing property turnover
for our valued clients.
* Coordinating with colleagues from other departments and other Filinvest Branch in terms of system, process, and follow-ups.
